Our management and rescue services are the most intensive programs we offer. These services only apply to a small percentage of individuals who need assistance with getting their business back on track.
The Management program is designed for those business owners that have lost control of the business and are watching the business slowly die in front of their eyes. Whether it is financial, personnel, or process issues or a combination of all three, RedKnight will step in and completely manage the business alongside the owner or management team for 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the severity of the situation. This is a very common practice in many industries where a consulting team is brought on board to help get the failing business back on track and move the business toward a healthy future.
The Rescue program was put in place with only one purpose in mind, to save businesses that are rapidly failing. The rescue program is exactly what it sounds like, a last resort to aid a failing business and help turn things around. In this program we bring in more than just a management team, we bring in bankers, attorneys, insurance agents, payroll companies and other experts as needed to review all business needs. Because most business owners call us in too late, this process normally has to be done extremely quickly to maximize the chance of success.
How do you know if this is something you should consider? It’s fairly easy to know. The fact that you are even thinking about it suggests you should be picking up the phone and calling us.
